At Bharat Web Technologies, we aim to deliver high-quality web development and design services tailored to each client’s requirements. As our services are digital and customized, we follow a strict no-return policy once work has been initiated.
Refund Policy
By accessing this website or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The project has not been started and no work has been delivered
- A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error
- The service has not been delivered as per agreed terms, and no significant progress has been made despite repeated communication
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once work has started or any deliverable has been shared:
- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Website Development
- UI/UX Design
- Landing Page Design
- Logo & Graphic Design
- Website Redesign or Customization Work
Project Cancellation
- Once a project is initiated, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund
- If canceled mid-project, charges will apply based on the work completed
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate requirements and content
- Respond in a timely manner for approvals and feedback
Delays from the client side do not qualify for refunds.
